S.T.A.R.S. (Sharing-Teaching-And-Reaching-Students) seeks to help youth and young adults share their gifts, grow in life skills, develop a positive self-image, overcome prejudices, develop respect for differences, serve those in need, and foster social change, participate in the worship service, develop a personal spirituality and prayer life, apply Christian faith to daily life, integrate Christian values, participate in the Church, and develop a personal relationship with Jesus.
The First Baptist Church NBC Women of Excellence (W.O.E.) women's ministry supports women in their relationship with God through discipleship, evangelism, worship, prayer, fellowship, and a love for one another. We believe that God will transform us from ordinary to extraordinary while faithfully and fully using our God-given gifts to build the Kingdom.
M.O.E. (Men Of Excellence) provide a forum to raise men of integrity at home, church and community, who behave like Christ in everything they do as a measure of excellence.
Our Purpose In our society is to look at the Biblical call to be a real man as one who rejects passivity, accepts responsibility, leads courageously and invests in eternity.

Under the direction of Minister Colby Cotton, FBC Music Director, The Music Ministry is to render music that lifts, consoles, comforts and brings the listeners closer to God.
The HELP Ministry is a ministry of resources with information to help those within the church and those outside of the church who are in need of resources for family supports, financial assistance, advice and much more.

Our Hospitality Ministry is a holistic, loving, leading, reaching, teaching, sharing, caring ministry who welcomes our visitors while glorifying God. They greet church members and guests with a smile, ensure that church members and guests feel welcome, and promote growth and strength of the hospitality ministry by providing an annual workshop for current and new ministry members.
The Deacon Ministry is comprised of men who have met the qualifications outlined in the Bible located in 1Timothy 3:8-12 and have been duly ordained. The responsibilities of the Deacon Ministry is to know the physical, moral, and spiritual needs of the church membership and to serve the whole church. Furthermore, the Deacons are responsible for guarding the unity of the church and spiritual fellowship within the church.
The Culinary Ministry is to serve the members of God's church family through the ministry of nourishing the body with food coupled with warmth, kindness, helpfulness and love. This ministry's goal is to make fellowship a combination of worship and praise while having a fun and nourishing experience. They also welcome, feed, care for and give comfort to the Pastor, members, and our guest.
