Our Mission:

The First Baptist Church NBC Women of Excellence (W.O.E.) women's ministry supports women in their relationships with God through discipleship, evangelism, worship, prayer, fellowship, and a love for one     another.  We believe that God will       transform us from ordinary to extraordinary while faithfully and fully using our God-given gifts to build the  Kingdom.

Our Goals:

• To encourage women to participate in all activities of the women’s ministry
• To communicate and connect with those who are active in church and encourage those who we have not seen to attend church activities
• To invite each new woman who becomes a member of First Baptist out to eat for a personalized celebration
• To host the FBC’s 5th Sunday Fellowship
• To fellowship with the women of the church at least once a month
• Assist our single mothers and visit the sick and shut-in.
